Refund and Returns Policy
For Items Which Are “Pick Your Own Colors”
Thank you for your purchase! Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for “Pick Your Own Colors” or any other item that requires customization, as they are uniquely crafted to your specifications.
However, we are happy to offer an exchange for “Pick Your Own Colors” or any other item that requires customization. To qualify for an exchange:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by sending an email to “amy@tyetheshoe.com”
- Provide a photo (if applicable) and description of the issue.
- Item must not be used and have original packaging
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
For “Mystery Colors”:
There are no refunds for “Mystery Colors”. We can attempt exchanges if there are some in the size you need but this is not guaranteed. If the wrong size is ordered there is no guarantee the same colors are available in a different length. If the wrong size is ordered and an exchange is wanted:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by sending an email to “amy@tyetheshoe.com”
For All Other Items:
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for items not referred to above if they arrive defective, damaged or are grossly incorrect in color. Please realize colors on computer monitors differ from real life. To qualify for an exchange:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving your item by sending an email to “amy@tyetheshoe.com”
- Provide a photo and description of the issue.
- Return the item which has not been used in original packaging (instructions to be provided after you notify us)
